I did sooooo bad

*sigh* I did soooo bad on my networking midterm =( even WITH the bonus I only got a 67% on the MC part =( Which means it is VITAL that I did at least an 80ish on the written part JUST so I can bump up my mark for the midterm. But i'm not even sure about that! =S Soooo screwed. At MOST I think i'd get a 70% or so on the writtien =S just cuz I didn't know what 2 of the questions was and I bullshitted it. O well.

Now to move onto my OTHER midterm that is on thursday. =S from what my friends have told me, all I really need to know are event tables and DFD diagrams. But I still probably need to know some other stuff there. But I don't know how the midterm is formatted so it'll be tough to predict what'll be on the midterm. O well, i'm just gonna concentrate mainly on the DFD diagrams and event tables.

Seriously, I don't think i'm gonna be able to get a job for this summer. I've applied to some places already but no reply =( *sigh* i'm gonna be a poor student working at TIM HORTONS for the summer! *cries* If that's the fucking case, I might as well go volunteer at some place. I'd rather do something I like for free than do something I don't really like for shit money. LoL yes i know i'm weird but goes to show that at least i'm not materialistic! lolz

Study day!

Yaaa that's right, i'm STUDYING today... something i havn't done at ALL during this whole week off. hahaha =D O well, i SHOULD read these 150 pages or so, but damn that's a lot of friggin reading! plus my friends told me what was on their midterm since they took it last semester and they said that their questions were mostly on cables and crap (btw i'm studying for networking) all the physical aspects of networking. So i'm banking on that it'll be similar. =D As for the multiple choice, they're all from the back of the book!!! hahaha! =D so i'll just study those, remember them and BAM i should be set... just gotta read the parts i'm iffy about... and i should be set for this midterm..

Other things I need to do is study for the Economics quiz on monday.. now it shouldn't be that hard, cuz it's pretty simple, but i usually read the book the day before and it usually works out for me. hahha =D

Then i have a midterm on thursday which i have NO clue what i'm doing... SO i haveta read on tuesday, wednesday and thursday morning to figure out what the hell i'm gonna do.. haha! I have a feeling i'm going to be screwed for that one. stupid DFD diagrams and Event tables. *grrrr* hehe... Ah well, this was a nice lil break... bak to skimming through my networking book =D

Auto show day!

Going to the auto show today!! Kinda excited to see some cars! =D Wonder if there'll be some wicked free stuff! lolz! that'd be great. haha maybe a free CAR!!! hahhaa j/k j/k.. wonder if i should walk in there with my subaru shirt!! hahah! i wonder how many people will fucking look at me! rofl!

Awww it's so sad, i'm listennin to my graduation song from SAM. The graduation song, and it mentions how they go out and try and make the big bucks. I wonder if that future will be ahead of one of my friends. Or me. Hope it's me. hahaha. But ya. Kinda makes you wonder about the future cuz back then we wouldn't think about that in great detail, but now, it's more crucial now. And as a friend said that money is really only a figment of our imagination and how we MAKE this piece of paper worth something, we still need it.

I hope i get a job for this summer... then I can make more money =D yaye!! hehe and hopefully the job will give me new experiences to further expand my knowledge of my field.. hehe =D then it should be easier to find a job =)

Well, I just woke up. lol Still kinda early but o well. Haveta get up for work today. 8 hour shift at timmies. And for about one of those hours and probably more, i'll haveta do SERCA or however u spell the accronym. Ah well it shouldnt' be too bad since in the morning i'll be working with cool people.. and in the afternoon i'll be working with cool people too. haha i got the inbetween shift. so meeeeh hehe

So what's new what's new. Oh I hung out with Raymond yesterday! yes the big black dude that I havn't seen in quite a long time. Still looks the same, acts the same. only thing I havn't gotten used to is him smoking. lolz I do believe he said that he's gonna try and quit after his bday.. so that's a good thing =)

Valentines day

It's that time of year again! When couples around the world go out and frantically try and impress their significant other. LoL It's been a while since i've spent a Valentines day alone. As a Single I mean. lolz. Ah well, No way am I going to mope around being all "ohhh I dont' have a valentine boohoo hoo". Like it REALLY matters that much. *turns around and cries*

Hmmm what else can I say. Oh, ever have this happen to you? you've known someone for a long time and you think u know them pretty darn well, but then u look closer and they're a completely different person? I can probably say that about hmmm a couple of people I know. Not naming names or anything. Now is that a bad thing or a good thing? LoL I think for certain friends it can be a bad thing, on the other hand, the other types of friends it's alright.

OH! hahah this is kinda random, but on my way home one day, my mind was wandering around and for some strange odd reason I was thinking about two people. One I totally hate and one that is a pretty good friend. So who are these people? lolz Well one is Chris and the other is Jon Ng.

See, I was searching through friendsters one day, and I found this person who was talking about how the world is messed up i suppose. And what the person said was that all they heard at school and everywhere nowadays is how "I got back". And they said something along the lines of "Ok you've got back, so what? your so chicken that you need to hide behind an army when you have a problem?" And I think that's very true. If you don't even have the guts to stand up for yourself and fight, you're nothing. And I think this is what lead my mind to the two people.

I was thinking "why is it that I respect someone such as Chris, but not someone like Jon" Then it sorta hit me. A possible reason why I respect Chris is because i've known him for so long, and he's been somewhat of a leader. He organizes our lil hockey games we used to have, he's done different things and everything. He's a leader, not afraid to take matters into his own hands. He'll stick up for himself and fight. On the other hand, Jon is a fucking pussy. From what i've gathered, he's the most useless guy ever. Doesn't give two fucks for anything, sits around and smokes weed, takes E and sells it. can probably be found in 1 of 3 places, his house, pmall, or metro. LOL I even heard that he gets tired after a day of work. it's like a moving company but still, ud get used to it after a couple of days. but not him! He'll hide behind his "back" for probably anything.

Studying

Well, here I am. Yet another day at work. LoL. Well today I actually did some work. Helped somg guy out with his program. Kinda baffled me a bit with his questions, but still got them answered. =D It's how I problem solve. I listen to the question, try out my answer on his/her program and if it doesn't work then I refer back to my projects. And usually I remember it afterwards =D

Well onto a different topic. I'm studying right now. HAHA! trying to use my time wisely. Even though I have the quiz in about 3-4 hours. hahaha =D talk about your last minute reading =P but o wells! not gonna learn by osmosis!! though I really wish I could.

Stupid networking. haha even though it's somewhat basic, some things are quite new and very confusing. lol like Similar names and shit.

Hmmmm what else... Well I guess I could say that there's been quite a bit of thoughts that keep re-occuring in my mind. Some of which are like totally obsurd as to why I would think that way, and others, are possibilities but I keep denying them just cuz I think it's right. LoL maybe it's a sign that says to think the other way, and just do it! Iunno. Well whatever, maybe something with friggin smack me in the head or something and make me think otherwise. haha! but till then i'm just going on.

What to do...

Well, I'm still in school! Today is one of my long days. I start at 9 in the morning and i go straight till 9:30. Sometimes I don't go ALL the way to 9:30 but pretty damn close. Phew. I'm quite tired. I took a nap while I was at work this morning. Hahaha I know i'm not suppose to but o well. Screw it. Not like anyone came in and needed help with anything.

I should've read my stupid case for tonight's class. I'll probably read it in a little bit. Speaking of tonight's class. I haveta think of some topic to talk about for my project. Hasta be a topic from this broad topic that me and a group haveta do it on. And I really don't know what our broad topic is talking about! haha. Our topic is "Cultural Differences in Business Ethics." WHAT THE HELL DOES THAT MEAN! hahaha!! So am I suppose to look at how different cultures views affect their business ethics? Things such as if you give a thumbs up in some country that means fuck you? That kinda thing? So what the hell am I suppose to do my project on? just one culture? psssh I should ask my prof in class. I'm sooo confused. And the thing is, is that i'm in a group with a bunch of guys and they all look like slackers. lolz. Ah well, what can u do.

It's been a long long time since i've had one of those sleepless nights. Last night, I could not sleep. It was so weird. I kept tossing and turning, waking up for no reason then trying to go bak to sleep. It was horrible. I think the last time I've had one of those was when I was sick, but I know i kept waking up because I was sick. This time i'm not even sick! =S

On the bright side of things. I got 28/30 on my ecn quiz! =D soooo happy! So far i've gotten 26/30 on the first one and 28/30 on the second. Things are looking good! =D just need to ace another 4 more to guarentee a high mark going into the exam. The course takes the best 5/6 quizes and that makes up 50% of your final mark. I'm planning on getting a high mark in ecn. I HOPE.

Since i've got a shitload of time on my hands, i'll post up what I hope to achieve this semester.

Yup! that's mygoal for this semester. I hope with this my GPA will raise by a lil bit. I want to try and get my GPA to at LEAST a 3. Since it's currently sitting at a 2.8

Working

Weeeee! i'm at work! This job is probably the easiest thing i'll ever do in my whole life. I basically do nothing for the whole time i'm here. Occasionally i'll be studying or reading up for classes and such. But mostly it's just sitting around on my computer. Or like today I went to eat lunch with my friends and it took about half an hour to an hour. And i got paid for that =D

Hehe on another note, I think i'm going to head up to my sisters place to take care of Smokey. Hope she doesn't bite/hiss/scratch me. Hehe. Probably going to head up tonight and stay over. Then study on tuesday in a house all by myself. Wonder if i'll be able to concentrate.

I've probably asked like a bunch of people if they're free tmr and all of them have school. =S SO I guess i'm gonna be a loner =P haha.

Ah well, time to waste more of my time. hahaha CIAOO

SLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEPYYYYY

Wow, i'm so tired today. LOL. Probably cuz I got home at about 1 yesterday. LOLZ o well! =) It's quite tiring here at work. LOLZ more like BORING!!!! But so far the first hour has been pretty good because i'm getting to know the people at the help desk. =D It's great. we were just discussing the whole exchanging laptops and everything. Pretty cool. Lotsa problems and everything. Trying to help out from a students perspective and trying to offer some ideas. hehehhe I feel so useful. I wonder if I should add that to my count of people i've helped. HAHA. So far it's still at 2! from my first day at work. I highly doubt that anyone will come in today. Cuz first of all it's the morning. No one likes to come in the mornings. And 2nd, no assignments are due this week. SO yup! everything is cool =P Yet another 3 hours of doing nothing and getting paid for it. =P

What shall I do for the other 2 hours? I want to sleep but iunno, I might save that for Economics. HAHAHA such a useless and easy class. Oh I haveta say this. Last week, I didn't pay any attention during the 2 hour lecture. And then this week I had a tutorial or a lab for that class. And I swear i answered more questions correct than anyone else. And there weren't htat many questions. SOOOOO rediculous. All I had to do was open my book, look at the question and BAM done.

Well, I should go back to "work" hahaha so c ya!
